We offer exchanges within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange request will be processed within 5–7 business days, subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, our support team will help you choose an alternative product or provide store credit, where applicable. Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, alterations, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received. If a customer requests a refund and needs to return the parcel, the one-way return courier/shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
